Medical Cart Batteries
You may or may not know that the mobile computer workstations your hospital relies on daily to keep patient care happening at the bedside, also need care. These workstations run on lithium batteries that, overtime, can degrade from cycling and general aging. Unfortunately, due to a lack of information, a degraded lithium can sometimes mean the end of the entire workstation. Disposal of a mobile computer workstation due to a bad lithium battery is an unnecessary loss of equipment, time, and money.
Dragon Off Grid Solar and Battery is a small company out of Ukiah, California. We test and refurbish lithium batteries like the ones found inside your mobile workstations. We have batteries for all brands of carts that are fully tested. Instead of purchasing a new workstation, you can save thousands of dollars by just simply replacing the battery. We're here to help you with that!
Often you can tell a battery in a cart is bad just with a simple multimeter. A working battery voltage is between 11.8V and 14.4V - if the battery is Lower than that or close to zero its likely bad and you can get the cart working by replacing the battery. We have a testing station able to test 8 batteries at one time. During our testing cycles we test up to 24 batteries in a day and rate them based on results with expected remaining lifespan.
